Owner Extensions

Owner Extensions allows you to allocate a default weekly template plan for each book owner and define the number of weeks that the books are automatically extended by.

Selecting Owner extensions, from the Vision Appointments Setup menu, displays all active book owners, their default weekly plan and how far in advance their appointments can be booked.

Select Show inactive to display book owners no longer in use at the end of the list. Their settings are retained for future use if required..
